4. Working Principle
The thin metal sheet passes through multiple upper and lower staggered leveling rollers. Through precise roller gap adjustment, the equipment applies uniform extrusion force on the material surface, continuously corrects the bending and warping deformation of the thin plate, completely releases the internal stress generated in rolling and coiling process, and finally outputs flat and stable metal sheet materials for subsequent stamping and cutting processes.
